Biggest thing holding up my upper body strength is my shoulder/constant injuries. I swear even when I was way younger I ****ed up my shoulder somehow doing dips, hurt like a bitch.

I dont even do dips anymore cause of that, and I used to be able to do it with 90 lbs for decent reps. Last workout I couldnt lift the bar without it hurting. Back to dumbells. ****ing rage.

And I do rotator cuff exercises as well.

got to rest bro, take it easy and you have to stretch and warm up before you workout, I always warm up before chest day, do about a 100 reps of just lifting the bar. Then some 10lb dumbells to get the muslce loose and the blood flowing,

My tetak (not sure how to say this in english lol) is a BBer and he says this is the only exercise you don't go full rom on because you can slide a pec/ fukk ur shoulder up easily. So just go parallel or a bit above parallel.
