ive got to say i love gaspari sizeon, i know the regular one isnt for a lot of people because of the high sugar content, but i really gained quite a bit while taking it.
now that i am cutting i have been taking sizeon precontest, the orange flavour, which tastes incredible and keeps me going through my sessions.
has 10g protein, 5g leucine and a whole heap of creatines.
its only 50 cals too which is excellent while on a cut.
