How to kill hunger:
-Eat less frequently (skip breakfast)
-Avoid cardio
-Drink coffee
Hunger is triggered by low blood sugar, which is triggered by high blood sugar. Avoid the initial blood sugar spike and you're good to go

I didn't eat breakfast
I had coffee on way to gym
And I've only had 5 carbs today (doing KETO)
So I didn't bump up blood sugar..................
So what is the deal?

cardio destabilizes blood sugar and causes inordinate hunger
This is why no obese person will ever get lean by doing cardio

you still broke your fast though early in the day right? If you keep eating, you'll keep getting hungry....that's not always a bad thing but if you wait longer, there is advantage in hunger blunting.

Got a few tricks I use when I'm hungry and it's NOT time to eat
1. Carbonated/Flavored Water for the Distension
2. Diet Soda
3. Vegetables like Broccoli, Cauliflower are good fillers (I like pickles)
4. Sometimes I just brush my teeth and my appetite is dulled somewhat

Your body needs more calories. You are not eating enough.

Yes, for one meal when her body is a not in a caloric deficit. I see this all the time. Women who drop cals too low and do all kinds of crazy cardio and then when their metabolism shuts down, they wonder why they aren't losing anymore weight.

I understand, but hunger pangs are the body's way of telling us we are not feeding it enough to keep up with our metabolisms. She is peeled and looks great - I have told her so many times in the past. I just wouldn't want to see her ignore her body's built in signs that it needs more cals.

Yeah, she knows how to get lean and hard. She looks awesome. I do not think another 300 cals per day would hurt her.
