Hello,
I have just recently started taking REDuction and have a general question. It says to take the AM dose 30 mins prior to breakfast, but I generally workout on an empty stomach. Therefore, would be taking the AM dose, working out about 1/2 hr later, then eating. Is this ok? or should it not be taken on an empty stomach?

It's fine and I find that it give me better energy for the gym too.

Thanks for the input!! You just never know when taking something new. My work schedule is kinda ****ty in the respect that I start work at 0530. I like to workout before hand, soooo that leaves me getting up before 3am. I just took the PM dose (its about 1930ish) because I know I will be going to bed shortly and getting up again. I will definitely keep posting on my results. I tend to be immune to a lot of supps so Im hoping REDuction works for me! So far so good- I can tell a bit of appetite suppression going on, and more focus during my workout today. Thanks again!!!

I also have a REDuction question, ive been taking it for approx. 2.5 weeks and i noticed the bottle says to not take any other stimulants. I was wondering, how important is this or is there something i can take to make it a bit more potent. so far i have been going by what the bottle says to do but i was just curious. thanks!
