I would either use a quality multi or just not use one imo - as the cheaper you go, the higher risk in low quality sourced vitamins/minerals and compressed tablets which may not dissolve correctly.

To be completely honest, Orange Triad hands down. Very high quality multi with joint complex. I have gone through about 12 bottles of it so far. Orange Triad, White Flood (because I have found a place in Aus that sells it) and International Protein are the only staples in my supp regime. Controlled Labs is fuarking quality.

Women lose a lot of iron every month during their cycle and a lot of multivitamins for men are iron free.

My wife uses Athletic Multi at 1 cap a day. 1 bottle lasts her two months. Solid option IMO and contains Coq10. Cheap and effective.
