Univite?
NOW Adams?
MT Essential Multi?
Preferably with a small number of pills. She doesn't really work out so I don't want to get her something premium like OT or Animal Pak.
Thanks

I would either use a quality multi or just not use one imo - as the cheaper you go, the higher risk in low quality sourced vitamins/minerals and compressed tablets which may not dissolve correctly.
Gym Angel - Vital Angel
iForce - Athletic Multi

Orange Triad. Arguably the best option on the market and you never need more than 2 pills at once

To be completely honest, Orange Triad hands down. Very high quality multi with joint complex. I have gone through about 12 bottles of it so far. Orange Triad, White Flood (because I have found a place in Aus that sells it) and International Protein are the only staples in my supp regime. Controlled Labs is fuarking quality.
