Just thought I?d stick my nose in here and give you guys a run down of my progress.
I have finally broken through the 190lbs body weight barrier and am carrying some body fat into the coming summer season. I was hoping to get to 200 lbs by the end of August but it seems as if I?ll have to be satisfied with the gains I?ve made thus far.
I now have to get a sliming diet going while trying to retain as much muscle as possible. It?s something new to me. Any advice would be appreciated.
Training?s going well. My diet is as clean as it?s ever been and I?m quite enjoying it. I?ve managed to stop smoking and have been free from that cursed habit for a coupla months now. My training intensity has improved dramatically due to the fact that I can breath properly now. Thought I?d pick up a lot more weight though A bit disappointing.
It?s amazing how easily one?s duped into thinking that your breathing properly while smoking. The difference in my lung capacity is awesome. It?s great to be rid of it ? at last ? much thanks to you guys for the encouragement.
How you guys been? I hope alls well your side.
