possible to make 100kg and 5%BF by 13th may 2009?
Hey all,
As title says I'd like to know if it's possible to make 100kg and 5% BF by the time I'm 19... which is on the 13th of may 2009. So in other words, gains made within roughly 10 months.
I'm a natural bodybuilder and want to stay that way...
My current stats are:
-12 or 13% BF
-6"2
-89 kg
Also I have a balanced body, I'm not one of those upper body only people...

Not naturally.
Bottom line you will need to cycle.

Are you kidding me? 10 months? Of course you can. Set your goals high and you will do it. Setting those kind of limitations for yourself will only slow you down.

You'd be the contestant for the next Mr. Olympia with 100kg at 5%.

Let's just calculate.
You are 89 kg 13% BF = 77,5 kg LBM
You want to be 100 kg 5% BF = 95 kg LBM
And you are asking if you can add 18 kgs of muscle in 9 months? I think you know the answer to that.
But keep working hard, and you might get there in years.

In perfect conditions (perfect diet, routine) you can put on up to 1kg of muscle a month. This is still 8kg below what you want to achieve OP. No can do.

Far out... Well from my perspective, my diet is quite good... having a nutritional background. 1kg a month sounds immense... ! I'd be happy with that...
Kinda feel stupid saying 10 months though... I mean, I only started Bodybuilding this year... so I'm not too sure on how much can be achieved within time limits.

no. 100kg 5% is an amazing physique, many people strive their whole lives to get there. 10 months is no where near enough time. even on a hectic cycle it would be very VERY difficult

Probably... But I dropped from 97Kg to 89Kg in two weeks... in one go... stupid I know, but my metabolism is ****ed (long childhood story) so I can drop fat really fast and gain it really quick unfortunately. Basically all I did was eliminate carbs and fat intake... and did ALOT of cardio plus maintenance work... so I'm thinking 5% BF is rather pushy but possible.

so you diet now up to 220. how long will that take? quite a while. then by then youll be at 14/15%bf so youll have to cut down which will put you way below 220 which means youll have to put on more. cutting to 5% is sooooooo hard bro.
basically, no you cant soz

i think ~ 8% would be a better goal, still very low % bf, still looks very good, i do think you could get to ~ 210lbs at 8%.

getting to 100kg might be possible but certainly not down to 5% bodyfat. But you never know- ''If there is a will ,there's a way''

People are forgetting that he is 6'2, and depending on frame size it may be possible, but a longshot, I would aim for 8%
