the nutrition plan could finally work
OK! so after much research, questions, and debate I think I have finally come up with my perfect nutritional plan to follow.
Meal 1
1 Cup of Oats
1 Banana
1 Tsp of Almond Butter
1 Scoup of Whey
Meal 2
6oz Chicken (Natural Choice 97% Fat Free Hormel Precooked)
2 Cups of Veggies
Meal 3
4 Pieces of Chicken Thigh's (About 2 to 3oz each)
2 Cups of Veggies
Shake (Pre Workout)
1 Scoup of Whey
Shake (Post Workout)
1 Scoup of Whey
Meal 4 (Dinner)
Fish or Turkey
2 Cups of Veggies
Green Spinach
Meal 5
Cottage Cheese 1 Cup
hopefully i will have success with this i feel this is a very healthy way of life for me and i know i will have success... any changes?
feel free to add changes where needed....
also on the pre-packaged chicken
made by hormel natural choice
6oz
180 calories
4.5 fat
0 carbs
36 protein
900 sodium
how does this look should i stay away or does it look okay to have 1 a day.

OP, have you already established what your maintenance calories are? And do you have the total calorie count on that food?

Hey i dont know but i just can't eat 5 times a day, i can only eat 3 times a day, i dont know why but i dont like the way of having to take food 5 small meals a day, i'd rather have 3 bigger ones, that way i have more plenty of time to do other things and forget about food. if i eat 5 times a day i would get real hungry and might even gain weight but that's just my personal hormones and response to eating many times a day
I tried the 5 meals a day way of eating once, and i gained weight, i had to go back to the traditional 3 times a day
