IcyHot's from Fat, to Fit log.

I will be tryin to loose body fat for the next couple months, I am going to hawaii and want to look good on the beach. Here is my diet for this week.

I am training with a local body builder, and I practice posing once a week, for one hour.

Starting Weight: 215
Cal Per Day - 3400 } moderately active
cal per week - 23,800

Week 1 - Calerie intake = 2,800 x day
total week deficit = 1.5 LBS

1) 1 cup oat meal - 2 servings of whey
= 50gc 50gp

2) 10 oz chicken - 60 gp, 4gf
8oz potato - 50gc

3)1 can tuna (canned in sal water) 45gp
8oz potato - 50gc

4) 8oz lean steak - 2 serving whey 100gp 30gf (post w.o)
1 cup oatmeal - 50gc

5)10 oz chicken - 60gp 6gf

6)1 can of tuna or 10oz of chicken 60gp 6gf
or 45gp

totals - protein - 380
carbs - 200
fat - 45

Currently half hour of cardio per day.

Sorry, tonight, I didn't write down any of my weights, and it has been a few hours since I was at the gym. I will try to remember to bring a pad and paper tomorrow.

Tonight I did legs, and I did the usual.. On leg day, I do not do cardio

Squats
Leg Press
Hack Squat
Leg Extension

Lying Hamstring Curl
Seated Hamstring Curl
SL deadlift

Everythin is going great still. I can't wait for my cheat meal tomorrow, I want to freakin kill myself right now. I've been on this diet for about two weeks, my trainer said he thought I was around 9% or so, I think i'm higher, but we'll see. My first weigh in is tomorrow, and I hope I don't dissapoint myself.
