My story:
Chubby/big in the youth. Holding that weight is like carrying a dark cloud above your head. If you're sensitive to it.
15 years old, I grow 5 inches, get SICK with mono for 3 months, lose a ton of fat, skinny boy.
Stayed like that through high school. Did some BBing my sophomore and junior year. Got strong, was fun.
Tapered off, lost it.
College time.
Got laid, a lot. Sort of figured out my social skills (this is something I AM SUPER CONSCIOUS OF AND WORK ON LIKE I DO ANYTHING IN LIFE), started going out a lot, getting good with girls. I enjoy them.
Got a rep as a player, blah blah. Meet a girl, she's 100% my type, smart, sexy, intellectual, italian, and she loves sex. We dated for 18 months and then I broke it off because I went to study abroad my junior year of college. This was the best relationship I've had to date, was totally in love when we broke it off, and we're great friends. I heard her hallmates comment many times on how loud the pounding was. We had a reputation on campus for being the super couple, and dammit, we really were. I feel like I learned how to have incredible, passionate, in-love sex with this girl, fo sho.

So I'm getting back into strength and power training again. I've worked for the last month to create a strong core to prep myself for school and a nice free gym. I use a boring setup in my basement with 2 adjustable dumbbells and a barbell. I manage to get in a good workout nonetheless.
My goals for this 3 month log are as follows:
I want to increase body size, strength, stamina, and penis size. Is the last possible? There is a large community of men online who have learned and learned about penis enlargement through a number of stretches and techniques, and I'm convinced it is. Worth trying!
I want to build an intensity in my physiology that helps me better express my masculinity (and sexual intent) as well as preform better for sports, and insanely well in bed. I want to produce many beautiful orgasms. Orgasms heal, prevent breast cancer in women, and feel very very very good.
If I do get back together with my last girlfriend (maybe) or if I find a new girl, or if I just hook up with girls, I want pure AMAZEMENT. Diet:
I eat really clean. Last cheat I had was a sip of coke from my friend last night. I limit empty carbs and eat high in protein.
Protein: chicken (!), turkey, beef (rare), ham, cheese, milk, eggs, protein powder
Veggies: broccoli (!), spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, basil, onions, garlic, avocado
Fruit: seasonal + lots of bananas
Carbs: brown rice, whole wheat bread (rare), whole wheat high fiber wraps (!)
Drinks: water, tea, yerba mate (!), coffee (1 in morning which I might cut)
I do not count calories because I find this way too time consuming. I am eating 5-7 meals a day. I believe I'm getting around 3500 cals a day.
Exercises:
I do a 3 day split (I believe? I'm a noob):
Chest/Tris
Back/Bis
Lower Back, Legs, Abs
I take 2 days off in between each lifting day.
And I bike often, play tennis about 2-3x a week, and swim in the lake.
I would rate my health at about an 8.5/10 these days. It feels great to be exercising with intent and working out well.
SO
I'm going to use this as a daily log to record my progress, as well as collect feedback and suggestions from the audience!
So that's my story, those are my goals, and here it goes!

Day 1
I am 100% serious.
I just finished my back/bi's day.
Earlier today I did some cardio: biked 2 miles (hilly area so got the heart rate up = good) and played an hour of tennis (hot day).
I really pushed myself today as far as strength training and I know, given that I just finished my post-workout protein shake and my back is alright super tight, that I'm gonna be sore tomorrow!
As far as work outs, I'm trying to work on my core right now. So doing lower back and back stuff was great. Feels awesome too.
Gonna go ice now. Goodness!

First Ice Bath
Well, today's work out was really intense, so I decided to plunge my upper body in an ice bath.
Dudes. HOLY CRAP.
Ice is cold.
After the first 3-4 minutes, you become numb. Then, if you don't move, you actually feel like you're heating up.
How weird is that? But if you move anything, and you get a splash of ice water on an uncovered part, your whole body shivers to the core. It's crazy.
I soaked for 15 minutes. It's about 10 minutes later and I have this awesome, warming feeling in my legs coming from the center, my bones.
It feels great. I'm 100% hoping this helps my soreness tomorrow.
ALSO!
Ice baths help raise sperm levels! I'm looking for more research on this now, but isn't that crazy?
I'm totally down with that extra benefit as well. More juice for me!

I had very similar reactions. Initially it was a smattering of "f!ck"s followed by "AHHHHHHHHHH" and then insane laughter.
There are stranger things you could subject yourself to as a human, but this is definitely up there as weird/painful/extreme.
