light N fit, being all sneaky

i just restocked on light N fit and while checking dates, i noticed the newest cup now has 80 cals, up from 60 for same 6 oz. reason = upped the sugar but i think it still uses artificial sweetner as well. epic fail, dannon.

and the ol more cals & natural sugar vs less cals & artificial sweetner rages on unabated. haha. why must ***e be 1.99 a cup!

i honestly think you're better off eating regular plain unsweetened yogurt and putting some fruit in it. These fat free and light yogurts are nutritionally void IMO

I used to buy the light n fit 12 pack all the time. Portion control was the biggest reason for me and that brand had the least amt of cals/sugar per serving (they use splenda).

Then I moved and they only sold it by the tub at the grocery store. Then I found the nonfat greek yogurt ***e (why can't we say it???) at around 5.99 (I think) at COSTCO for the 35oz version. I use Stevia as a sweetener.

I do have problems with portion control...sometimes its so yummy

Why can't we type ***E? It is a bad word that I don't know about?

Anyway, get a yogurt maker! I know I am a non-stop record around here about yogurt makers but it's so easy and way cheaper than buying yogurt every week.

Yogurt is really not worth the calories. Cottage cheese is higher in protein, lower in sugar and lower in calories. You can make endless variations on it.
