December 3rd will be my first NPC show. I competed in INBA/ABA in 2008 and took first in my class in figure and overall in bikini. Took 3 years off to put on 10 pounds of muscle. Now I'm ready to live my dream!! Where are all my figure girls??

Cmon let's get some info up here! I'm two weeks out from my first contest and could really use some help on final prep work with my training and diet.

I'm competing in physique. I'm down to about 7% and want to be as lean as possible. How crazy should I be going with cardio and diet these last two weeks?

Hook me up peeps! I'd really like to do well my first time out. I'm getting my tan/airbrush done professionally by a very reputable business. Any opinions on my boardshorts? Flashy or subdued? What about hair? Crazy, stylish, short, long? What's the safe bet for stage presence and makin a good impression with the judges?

I just stepped on stage for the first time last weekend for the NPC Texas State A-class. I placed 1st in my class and 1st in over mens physique. Im still in disbelief. It was a great experience and met lots of people. I also go a lot of love from the fellow competitors and people that came to watch the show. Im thinking about goin to nationals in miami next month

Great job! Provided you maintain your conditioning, I say go for it!!! Could you imagine, doing your first comp, qualifying and then getting a pro card in Miami all within one month's time??? I will tell you though, if you thought the competition was tough at your show, multiply that by 10 for a national show. Hope you're not too spoiled from your win!!!

5'7.5 160 offseason, 137 contest (yes super light)

Bulking to 220 so I can compete at 190-200. I don't wanna do another show being that small.

I may do the met depending on how I place and feel about my physique at the arnold amateur.. Best of luck!

Had a great time competing at the East Coast (11/5) and the Eastern (11/12). Qualified for Nationals at the East Coast! Will likely do a figure national later on in 2012, but my next prep (starting soon!!!) will be for the Metropolitans where I plan to compete in Women's Physique. Thank you! This show is a national qualifier. I don't see myself qualifying for nationals unless nobody shows up. Lol I'm just doing the masters division. Hope to win my class. That would make me happy. Then go to work and add more size for next year and maybe then go for a national qualifier.

Cool see u there!! I can't wait. I really had a bad prep for Easterns but this time around its already been smoother so Im excited (no injuries so far...knock on wood). Good luck at the Arnold too!! I really want to go next year.

I'm getting ready for a few shows this summer stepping from light heavies up to heavy weights. last show 190 3%, hoping to stand on stage close to the 205 lbs mark same 3%
