My name is CJ and this year (june 22nd 2013) will be my first ever BB competition. I chose to go with the Adela Garcia Classic because its close to my house. Also last year and the year before I had intentions of doing that show but let life and being stuck "bulking " get in my way.

So far...
I am 5 weeks and 4 days out today.
I started at 16 weeks out so I've been dieting around 11weeks already.

My offseason weight this last year was 191. ( for me heaviest ever).

I am currently 164.5 at. 5 weeks out. My goal is 158-160 on stage. That would allow me some cushion room in the light weights.

So far best shape of my life. Granted the diet is catching up to me so my workouts are lame.... But I'm driven to kick ass this year.

I wish everyone here luck at their comps !

Competing for the first time in 2 weeks at the Julie Palmer in Dayton. It's been a long road down from a personal fat 268 last year. This is the lightest I've been since I was 10. Physique for now and plan to try and maintain a 210 to 220 and
Lean afterwards.
