Doing my first NPC show June 9th. I'm 10 weeks out, 5'9" 234 lbs and hoping to get at least under 225 to do heavy weight, but most likely I'll drop down to light heavy. Once again, 1st show so I'm not sure how my body is going to pan out weight wise. As long as I'm shredded I don't care, I have good proportions, big legs, and a pretty big lat spread so I think I'll fair decently. My level of conditioning will be the deciding factor I'm sure.

I just competed in my first show. The NPC Mid West. I placed 2nd in light heavy weights and qualified for Jr. Nationals. Also placed 4th in Masters. Training now for the Jr. Nationals June 2013.

I'm doing mens physique thinking about crossing over to BB. If so I'll compete at 174lbs.
My trainer said I'd do great for this sport as I was peeping for. BB show in October in KC. Def cought me off gaurd.

Mid-Atlantic Natural 5/12/12 with Team U up in July! Switched to Women's Physique--it is friggin awesome!

My first ever show will be the Gopher State Chamionships in 2013, Ive never competed or even gone to a show before so I wanted to just go watch this year so i know what to expect... should be a good learining experiance

At 6'3' and 295...if you get conditioned, you will be a beast!

Place: Fisrt over all teen division
Stats: 5'9" Comp weight 160 bulking weight 185 and going up.
Next show WA State Ironman. Juinor division

Hey All!

I competed in my first NPC show last weekend at the California State Championships. I took 2nd in Bikini Class A Now I'm getting ready for Nationals! USAs in Vegas July 28! woohoo!!!!

I was at that show, the 2012 GNC California State Championships. Nice work, looking great, and congrats! I took 1st Place in the Master Mens Physique 45+, 2nd Place in Master Men's Physique 35+, and 5th place in the Open category competing against 25 year olds. Not bad for this 46 year old...you think?

2010 - BB Goldcoast and Mari Redondo - Figure Open - 2nd place
2011 - Fort Lauderdale Cup - Figure Masters over 35 - 3rd place
2011 - Ruby Championships - Figure Masters over 40 - 1st place

Next show - MIAMI BB, FIGURE, BIKINI & MEN’S PHYSIQUE on July 7th
I use that show as a warm up for the Southern States on July 13th. I hope to place at least in the top 3.

the first was a naturals-Mr Philly
the second was the npc lehigh valley

I totally enjoyed both, but liked the competition in the lehigh better
