I am 14. 5'0 and 115 pounds of fat. I want to change into muscle. Since i have a lot of fat should i change it into muscle or lose weight then gain it back into muscle? What are some exercises that will help me gain muscle without using heavy weights?

i think this is best placed in the Teen BB section.
But for starters hit up the weights and HIIT.
Look up beginner weight lifting programs and High Intensity Interval Training. Good luck. Don't Give Up.Hard work pays off. Simple.
I have lost over 100 pounds of fat while gaining some muscle along the way. You can reach your goals, just give it time and plenty of hard work.
