Diet

i am really trying very hard to get my diet in check so i have the best results possible. I have posted a few diets on here so far but just have added some more food on this one so I want to see your opinions.

Meal 1: 2 Cups of Wheaties and 1 Cup of 1% Milk
Meal 2: 6 oz of Chicken Breast (Pre-Cooked from Store Natural Harvest)
Meal 3: 12oz Chicken (Pre-Cooked from Store Natural Harvest), 1/2 Cup Strawberries
Meal 4: 2 Scoups of Whey Protein (Before Workout)
Meal 5: Some type of protein for dinner, and 2 cups of steamed veggies.
Meal 6: Smarts Ones Frozen Dinner

Will this give me success if I follow this... I am still 430 and did not lose any weight so far.

Overall it looks solid. However, here are my suggestions:
- Oatmeal beats cereal every time
- I don't know what kind of nutrition that pre-cooked chicken has, but buying chicken breasts and cooking them yourself is way better
- Frozen dinner...no
- Replace meal 6 with some fat free cottage cheese, maybe some natural peanut butter, almonds are another source of good fats too.
- Track what you eat. Clean foods or not, eating too many calories can hinder you. I use http://www.thedailyplate.com

did you start exercising yet? you really need to boost your fat burning abilities.

also, up your veggies, they will fill you up very well. throw some fruits in there for antioxidents and nutrients. the bare also very filling.

bottom line is if you really want to see progress you need to stick with this at least 6 days a week and start exercising. i started out at 330 and am now down to 255, if i can do it, you can do it.

yes i have started working out

lifting on 4 day schedule and cardio 5 days a week for 30mins..

usually after the gym at night im walking an additional 20 mins

then just keep it up... sometimes i takes a little while to get started. no cheating at first or you're screwed.
