Overall it looks solid. However, here are my suggestions:
- Oatmeal beats cereal every time
- I don't know what kind of nutrition that pre-cooked chicken has, but buying chicken breasts and cooking them yourself is way better
- Frozen dinner...no
- Replace meal 6 with some fat free cottage cheese, maybe some natural peanut butter, almonds are another source of good fats too.
- Track what you eat. Clean foods or not, eating too many calories can hinder you. I use
