Before and After (Mostly Fat Loss) First Time Post
Hi Gang,
I've only been lifting weights since Janurary 2002. I was pure flab when I started and had no muscle So keep that in mind. My stats are on the Image. My body fat was checked with calipers. I'm around 18%. If I look lower, let me know. Because the calipers are a pain and I'm thinking about doing a Dexa Scan.

18% is about right, dont think your any lower. Good progress, keep it up.
