    Taking Xtend?

    How many servings should I take of Xtend by Scivation if I was going to be doing 30 mins of HIIT cardio? I was thinking of just taking one serving....

    2 scoops is sort of the default serving size. I see you point however. I usually go around 3 scoops in roughly 24oz of water, I know individuals who do more, and obviously some who do less but I think 2 scoops is the recommended serving size by default.

    i wouldnt do 4 scoops.
    i am positive 2 will be enough.
    because you would usually be taking a PWO shake containing whey protein which also has bcaa's in it.

    im just assuming he is taking whey because i dont see why he would be taking a glutamine/bcaa product and not taking the staple product of supps (protein)

    Use however many servings you would use for your resistance training.
