22 weeks out first show (with PICS )
It will be my second diet and first show. I?m pretty happy because I bulked up 40lbs the last 5 months. 155 to 195lbs. Now my diet consists:
2250kcal
240g prot ( lean red meat, chicken breast, fish and tuna )
180g carbs ( brown rice, beans, oats, broccolis )
50g fat
five meals
refeeds each 7 days, I plan not doing aerobics until 10 weeks out
I never did carb cycling before. I plan doing 180g - 100g - 50g. Is it good to begin carb cycling since know or do I save it for the final weeks as a strategy when my weight doesn?t drop? any other advices I would be glad

I'm natural as well. I have cycled before, and your right on the money there, it works best for me when my weight loss slows.
I find if I cut cals, and carbs to soon, then I hit a wall, and my body dosent want to lose any more fat. So I have to load once a week, and it kicks everthing into gear for another week.Your lean already, so I would take it nice and slow seems how your so far out anyways. And you dont want to lose the gains you made. But it looks like your all set man!!!!
good luck, you look great!!

2nd diet day =). Did you feel better cycling carbs? Do you think I should up carbs a lil bit? I don?t want to starve myself too. When I hit a wall. Do I keep the same calories until the end , just increasing cardio or do I need cut carbs also?

I increased carbs +20g, now running 200g carbs every day.
Is this carb cycling looks ok to me at 2250kcal?
300g - 200g - 100g 2250 kcal average for 3 days

I'm assuming you already competed? From looking at your pics...SHREDDED!!!!! how did the wheels turn out. If I may, my only criticism on your physique, judging from the earlier pics is that your legs lag behind your upper body. ......but kudos to you, you really had some amazing conditioning......Stage Pics?????

the show is today Blahzay128! I tried to compete last year but I gave up in the middle of the track.
yes, I agree with you Blahzay128 my legs need a lot of size. It's my weak point. The truth is I have never trained quads before because I was very lazy. Now I realize how important is to achieve a complete package and I'm running against the time to match my upper body development . Maybe 2 or 3 years I can look 100%, not massive legs but proportional legs.
and man, you've got a complete physique, I used to read your contest prep. log and It was very inspiring for me!
