Eating More?
Hello-
Does anyone else notice that they eat high calorie intake on a keto diet? This is happening to me, although I am seeing results.
What about waking up at night hungry?

Until I bursted...lol.
The satiety of fats made me feel like I was going to burst on keto, and I was at lower calories than I am now! (4k then, 4.5-5k now)

Thanks. My goals are weight (fat) loss. Should I be changing something up?

No, you're probably doing perfectly fine. I was just remembering my miserable stomach pains is all haha.

No. You're fine where you are.
You make it sound like you're eating alot! That's like...nothing!
You'll get results. Just stay around 1600 (I don't know how much you weigh, and I won't ask since you're a lady!). I assume that's adequate, as you look like you don't require many calories.

I've been getting more and more hungry recently.
Going to bump my cals up to 3000 (maintenance) and see if I keep losing fat.
I also have been waking up hungry despite 2 tbsp PB and a Casein Shake before bed.
I usually snack on some almonds and a piece of Swiss cheese if I wake up at 3AM.
FYI: Fats are not the most satiating macronutrient, protein is.
