i drink a **** load of water there are bottles all over my house and i just wated to make sure all this peeing was worth it

But there no reason to drink yourself sick.

Thats because its taking up room in your stomach, its not doing anything for hunger. Water absorbs extremely fast too unless you drink a LOT of water it isnt going to do a whole helluva lot.

how much water is too much? i've also heard that too much water can actually keep a person's weight down because of all the frequent urination.
