    Does water help burn calories?

    I didnt know if this was the section to put this but does water help to burn calories or just flush your system out?

    Proper hydration is important to support fat metabolism since dehydration can impair the liver's role in fat metabolism.

    Also, drinking 500ml of cold water 4x/day wastes about 96 Calories.

    But there no reason to drink yourself sick.

    Thats because its taking up room in your stomach, its not doing anything for hunger. Water absorbs extremely fast too unless you drink a LOT of water it isnt going to do a whole helluva lot.

    how much water is too much? i've also heard that too much water can actually keep a person's weight down because of all the frequent urination.
