I was wondering if its possible to be on some form of ketosis diet and be able to continue training for marathons and lift weights so as to preserve the lean muscle I have? I am supposed to do one long run and run 4-5 other times a week, but the lack of carbs would cause my body to begin eating the muscle. Which I dont want. So is there some form of keto diet I could follow cause I am about 20% bf, 150lbs and would like to get it down to 14% bf. Thanks!

Yes, distance training in any sport is fine on keto, just don't expect great results in the first couple of weeks as your body gets used to using fat for fuel. Once you are fat adapted, you will feel that you can run forever without ever bonking.
I'd concentrate on weights for the first couple of weeks of keto, just do maintenance cardio, then get back into serious running.65% fat, 30% protein, 5% carbs = keto.
