this woman called and wanted to talk about sessions so okay we set up an appt and she comes in; she's from india her english is fine but i think it's just understanding concepts...
anyways she bascially sees prices and says oh no way..
so we offer a punch pass at our studio for our clients and for anyone who maybe can't afford personal training they can take classes
200 for 12, it has 12 places to punch a hole when you come take a class we uh obviously punch a hole
the women ended up purchasing it so okay but it legite took me 18 times to explain it...i started counting after the first 5 times.
i honestly was so purple in the face; i felt my blood pressure rising, nerves were unreal after she left haha
i mean okay cool she's out of shape and not really familiar with things so good for her to come seek us out and try to get fit but WTFFFFFFFF!
and i don't mean to be rude or mean or anything but cmon most people would have just flipped; i guess i just had to share my story because i was so proud of myself for staying calm as far as explaining it to her went haha

just this thing we have at our gym that we made...it's just a card you can use it has 12 places to punch a hole and instead of paying class by class you just bring your card..
i kinda explained it but that wasn't really the point....

Im a lil curious y you were disappointed sum1 didnt die.....lol. But anyway, my head would have blown off if I were you.
O/T: But, today its was pizza day at my gym..... and I heard one of the trainers there talking about it like it was a great idea..... Btw, I workout at planet fitness , i guess its sum sorta franchise thing w. them.
