LUMP/GYNO come in give ur imput
Even If you dont have gyno can you still feel a lump/Gland behind your nipple?
Coz i dont think i have any sings of gyno yet i can still feel the gland.. i have to grab a chunk of my chest/nipple and i can feel the whole gland..
I have searched many forums and net and cant find the answer to this question.. all imput be much appreciated.

its more of a hard lump directly behind your nipple. doesnt have to be big. youd know if it was gyno if your nipple region is sensitive to touch

All men have some degree of breast tissue (the mammary gland) behind their nipple. Gynecomastia is the over-growth of this tissue.

not true, not all cases of gynecomastia results in a sensitive nipple region.

you may or may not have gyno judging by your symptoms its hard for us to tell just ask your doctor

All male mammals have breast gland. For many it is insignificant. When large enough, it can distort the shape of the nipple and breast. Check out this series of drawings of the anatomy of puffy nipple gynecomastia to see what I mean. Tenderness can be a symptom of gynecomastia indicating stimulation of the gland such as hormal.
