    My progress and random shizz + questions

    welllllllll ive been tryna loose weight for a while now its been 2years nearly, i started off at 85 and now im at 65
    really slow for two years i know but still its something
    anyhows heres my RECENT before pics and current pics:
    i dont have any pics of when i was 85.
    p.s in the before pics im about 67/68kgs and in the after pics im about 65/66kgs range ><
    can ANYONE see any difference in weight/fatt loss? because for the past 4months weight has been moderatley same and i just lift a BIT heavier

    any guesses on my bodyfat?

    okay now i got the questions n whatnot
    aiite so i eat moderatley okay and go gym atleast 4 times a week, lifting weights and doing atleast 25mins of cardio 3-4x a week, burning over 320 calories a session on the treadmill I get upto 450+ when im not busy)
    gym is my number one priority right now and im tryna loose the LOVE HANDLES BADDDDDLY!!
    anyone got any strong tips on how to do that? theyve shrunk a tad bit but srsly i hate them, i just wanna get a knife n stab em ;o lol
    they look horrible when u wear shirts n stuff =/

    also i dont tone my stomach, as in do situps or any direct ab exercise, will this result in loose skin? so shud i tone and do cardio as well to loose the fat and get a better stomach or should cardio automatically tuck my tummy in so ive got the flat stomach?

    in regards with eating, i prolly get i reckon 90g of protein a day? sometimes more, sometimes less, i know thats not decent enough and i shud be looking towards atleast 130+ so i talk to my rents bout supplements and they have a fit at me saying thats all b.s n stuff how its not natural, i know supplements are a SUPPLEMENT to ur diet and how they are conceived from vitamins and natural resources, but we're kinda in a financial crisis kinda so yer, over here in aus i found out that ON'S 100% whey costs 145$ for the 10lb tub >< shich is bloody costly,
    sooo does anyone know of any cheap protein that is effective and wont cost an arm and a leg?
    ive heard of mushashi n all that, and done research via this website and apparently its not as good as it sounds.

    back to my progress, well currently im 65kgs and i was just wondering, if i keep doing cardio for the nxt 6months and loose my fat, wont that take me down to like 57kgs...? i.e isnt that unhealtthy? im atleast 5'8 (174cms) and that sounds horribly underweight to me, but thats just me you see since ive been about the 70-80s most of my teen life.
    what will my body look like after ive lost most of the fat? cause right now i dont have that much muscle on me as you can see, just my chest and bis are like decent i think? not sure, when i tense my chest its pretty decent and after the fats gone from it it shud look good

    so yea sorry bout the essay :P

    To tehsky:
    Try upping the time you do cardio to 40+ minutes a day. Try to minimize your carb intake.
    As to toning your stomach: You can't tone an individual bodypart. You can only 'tone' by losing overall bodyfat.
    As for cheap protein, try to find a bulk whey product. There are sites that sell pure unflavored whey. I mix in some powdered milk, and cocoa and it's great.

    hey im in aus too and yea sum of the prices on supps sucks....u can always try like supermarkets or health food shops, supplement stores can b a rip off sumtimes....1 brand that ive seen pretty cheap up near my way is 'redback'....and if u cant afford a 4kg tub....buy a smaller one then change some of your food choices, check the nutrition tables on the food that u already have in your home ther may b stuff in your cupboard loaded with protein that u dont even look twice at
