before and after pics from cut
done a 1 month bulk and a month cut went from 196 pounds to 182
going to clean bulk once i get back from my holiday in a week, any ideas on fat % thinking maybe 11-13 %

thx for the replys i done 20mins of hiit 5xweek for 3 weeks then this last week and abit i have been mixing my cardio up abit but doing about 30-40 mins 5 x week, on my diet i never counted my calories just went by how much weight i was dropping each week and the mirror
meal 1 - cereal with milk
meal 2 - shake
meal 3 - chicken breast and brown rice
meal 4 - 2 slices of brown bread and tuna
meal 5 - shake
meal 6 - fish and veg
