okay so this week has been pretty crazy so i have not had much free time. i feel bad for the fact that i have not been keeping this log up to date each and every day.
on tuesday i did high endurance bis and tris. i try and do that about once every 4 or 5 weeks just so i keep some endurance and not just focus on size. the main exercise that i like for it i call brother curls. it is where you grab a straight bench bar and put a 25 lb plate on each side. you stand face to face with a friend and you do a curl then pass it, he does 1 then passes it back, you do 2 and pass it on. you go all of the way up to 12 reps and then back down to 1 with no break. i really like it. we acutally have changed other exercises to mimic it. so my whole tuesday was non stop FUN!?!
wednesday was all cardio. i did 30 min on a bike to warm up then 20 min on a treadmill and finished with 20 min on a stair stepper.
thursday was shoulders. it was a pretty decent workout. i had a little stomach discomfort during my wokrout but im not saying that it is because of the nitro because i also switched my protein powder brand. again my buddy and i did high intensity nonstop lifting.
today was legs. i just finished up with my sets. no stomach discomfort today but last night was pretty bad, it hurt. i am still using the new protien so i dont know what the real cause of it was.

that was todays workout. ill try and get on here tomorrow and post again about my stomach and other things with the nitro. so i gotta run
