Epic Nutrition 4 Nitro Tropic Red Energy Log

i acutally started taking 4 nitro on monday of last week. i have been out of state for training. I am currently employed as a Sheriffs Deputy and a member of my departments SORT team (special operations responce team SWAT) my sheriff does not like the swat name but what ever. i was at a federal swat school for the week. im in the process of becoming a SORT team leader so we have to go through so many classes on tons of stuff. this last week was tactical breaches it was probally one of the best classes that i have ever been through. it was a very hard week. every morning starting on monday was a 1.5 mile run at 0600. way to earily for me but that is where the nitro came into play. i have been taking it like this. 1 scoop first thing in the morning (i did not want to have too much water in my stomach for running) and then 2 scoops about mid afternoon because that is usually when we hit the weights. not that running around with 45 lbs of grear a 5 lb helment kicking down doors and repelling off of building was not enough we all hit the weights every day. yeah i know that we are nutz but that is why i have the job that i do.

at first glance i noticed that epic changed the label on the 4 nitro. on of my buddies has taken it before and when he saw the label he was like "hey someone stole epic's product name!" then after he looked closer he really liked the new lable and so do i. it looks good but is not jam packed with useless crap. good job epic. next was the taste. the red energy tastes pretty good, kinda like cool-aid. but there was something missing. i think that it could stand to be a little sweeter. i thought about adding some sugar but i decided no to because of the fact the sugar is bad. go figure. im not trying to say that it tasted bad or anything, it actually tastes pretty good. its just my personal thought.

the first time that i mixed it i put it in a shaker and gently shook it. i dont know if you can shake it or not or i pretty much just swished it around. but it all disolved with no clumps so im thinking that im doing it right. i had some great energy from the very first serving and over the course of the week i could really notice a difference during senerios. i had great focus, trigger control and endurance to get the job done.

the only thing that i can gripe about right now is the fact that the tub is 40 servings. at first i thought hey this is going to last over a month but then i realized that you need to take 2 to 3 servings a day and 1 serving on non workout days. that made me sad that the tub will only last like 2 weeks. i like when i purchase a product that it lasts close to 30 days. that is a selling point for me. i know that most no products usually are a 20 day or so supply but this is a log for me to put my honest opinion so that is what i will be doing. starting tomorrow i will log my workouts very detailed on here. it was kinda hard to keep track of that stuff at the school. i thought that it was going to be alot of class work and i would be able to get everythign wrote down better but it wasnt so im sorry about that.

today was a pretty decent workout. i have had no real neg sides from the nitro, no stomach cramping or anything. also i get great energy but no crach at the end so that is nice as well

okay so this week has been pretty crazy so i have not had much free time. i feel bad for the fact that i have not been keeping this log up to date each and every day.
on tuesday i did high endurance bis and tris. i try and do that about once every 4 or 5 weeks just so i keep some endurance and not just focus on size. the main exercise that i like for it i call brother curls. it is where you grab a straight bench bar and put a 25 lb plate on each side. you stand face to face with a friend and you do a curl then pass it, he does 1 then passes it back, you do 2 and pass it on. you go all of the way up to 12 reps and then back down to 1 with no break. i really like it. we acutally have changed other exercises to mimic it. so my whole tuesday was non stop FUN!?!
wednesday was all cardio. i did 30 min on a bike to warm up then 20 min on a treadmill and finished with 20 min on a stair stepper.
thursday was shoulders. it was a pretty decent workout. i had a little stomach discomfort during my wokrout but im not saying that it is because of the nitro because i also switched my protein powder brand. again my buddy and i did high intensity nonstop lifting.
today was legs. i just finished up with my sets. no stomach discomfort today but last night was pretty bad, it hurt. i am still using the new protien so i dont know what the real cause of it was.

My Review of 4 Nitro by Epic Nutrition

first off i would like to think epic nutrition for lettimg me log this product for them. i really liked the taste of the nitro and i thought that it mexed very well for a NO type product. most of the ones that i used dont mix that well at all and you have to chew down. not nitro, it mixed very well and went down very smooth. the frist week of this log i was not on the computer i was out of state for SWAT training. there is where i really noticed the nitro work. from the first serving to the last. when i would get woke up very easily to go and run i would take a nitro and off i went. i would then taking another serbing or two before the after noon traing. i got great energy, focus and endurance. no jitters at all and i think that i would have noticed them because we did alot of training with our weapons. i did not miss a shot. i did not do any sniper training because im on the entry team but i think that i would not have had any problems. i did not really notice much increase in strength but i did notice a little but then endurance was through the roof. so i can begin to think that if i were to be on it for a while i would increase my strength because i am able to do more sets and reps so that would equeal strength in my books. so overall i think that epic nutrition has a great product and i am very happy that i was one of the chosen to give it a try. this is a product that i will be getting more of and keeping on hand because it is that good. thanks epic
