Agreed. Although I have never really used it as a mass builder, I did use it low dosed to control blood pressure when it was an issue for "Known reasons." Kept my systolic pressure under 120 when it was in the 120's before hand. This was low dosed, 1 cap every 4 hours.
With that being said, it must have been doing something in terms of arterial and vien dialation so at a much higher dose (The standard dose) it's muscle building effects should be there in terms of long lasting pumps and nutrient transportation to muscle fibers.

I've heard that both of those are excellent. NO2 Black, a little pricey. Animal Pump also gets good feedback, and it has creatine, if that's what you're in to.
