@Casien OR Whey@
hello
I use
Whey = Optimum 100% Whey Protein
Casien = Optimum 100% Casein Protein
-------
Morning after wake up: Casien
before workout: Whey (15-30 min before workout)
after workout: Whey
before bed: Casien
-------
Is this the true?
I am sure after workout , before bed
They are correct
But the Morning, before workout
I'm not sure it is accurate
pls register your opinion in this table:
@Casien OR Whey@
-------------------------------
Morning after wake up:
before workout:
after workout:
before bed:
--------------------------------
thank you

A compound found in winstrol does infact interact negatively with xanax. Apparently when they mix in the digestive system they create a foaming reaction (kinda like diet coke and mentos - youtube it). Ever seen a seagull pop?-Hatetank

I would take the 100% whey when you wake up so it gets in your system quicker, and also postworkout, Take the casein throughout the day as needed and before bed.

personally i like to take whey as soon as i wake up faster acting and casein before bed because its slower digesting. But i work out in the morning since i work nights if u work out at night then i guess its fine. It would be better off taking whey first thing though just my opinion then follow it with casein an hour or two later u really wanna keep a steady supply in ur body. Also if u take on products and dont feel like doing all that take on's nitro core 24 thats got all diffrent proteins in it with diffrent speeds of digestion.

It will NOT make a difference. Both scoops have 24g of protein. 24g of protein from one source such as casein will not differ in terms of whey in the grand schemes of things. Do you really think simply switching the type of protein you drink in the morning will suddenly change your composition? No.
What you're doing is fine, and personally what I would do.

Ok, then why do you think people are taking Casien towards the end of the day, and mostly BEFORE bed? There is a reason for this.

I love blended proteins like ON Nitro Core 24 because it offers a combination of whey and casein (and other proteins), which fill me up longer. If I drink just straight whey shakes, i am hungry about an 90 minutes later. With casein however, i am full for around 3 hours. As people have already said, casein is especially important at night to prevent catabolism. You can use plain whey and plain casein or opt for a mix (ON Nitro Core 24....good stuff!).

Yes I do. Of coarse it matters what type of protein u take at what times. I think almost anyone would agree with me on that. U wanna take whey in the morning so its in ur system faster. Casein is slow digesting therefor its gonna take longer to get in ur system.(as im sure u knew) Thats why its good to take whey before and after the gym as well its in the muscles faster. Now casein in between meals is a good idea for a steady flow due to the digestion rate. This is also why its best at night whey would break down to fast at night leaving ur body eating away at ur muscles. So in the long run yes i actually do think i am right. The type of protein u take and the time that u take it makes a diffrence. Not trying to be an a$$hole but i believe this to be true 100%

Studies show that casein + whey + carbs is best for post workout!! Whey alone is inferior post workout. One more thing about casein is it makes you feel less full so a mid day shake of casein will allow you to eat more later than a whey shake.

definitely take the whey first thing in the morning and before and after workouts, casien is pretty much a bed time deal or between meals if you don't eat every 3 hours or so

I mean, yes it makes a DIFFERENCE. but not a NOTICEABLE difference. Seriously. I would love to see someone do a study where instead of taking casein at night and whey in the morning, they flip flopped it.
I can guarentee you that as long as everything else remained the same, diet, exercise, ect, their physique would not change.
That's what I'm saying man. yes, it DOES make a difference, our bodies CAN tell the difference, but in the grand scheme of things that 24g of protein is such a trivial thing in the long run. Your body at the end of the day isn't going to be like OMG HE GAVE US WHEY INSTEAD OF CASEIN. LOSE TEH ABZ AND MAKE TEH MAN BOOBEHS!!11ONEONE. You know?
