around 30-35Lbs/13-15kg is good/enough for 15 reps
I am doing 10 reps with 57lbs/26kg, tried how much I can make with 35lbs/15kg i hit 50 reps, but better do "more weight less reps" than "more reps less weights"
Do 8-10 reps with 45Lbs/20kg (if you can) ...the best answer for you question is : just lift with the weight that you can make 8-10 reps, and if you can make 12 (after 2 weeks,a month,2 months...)with that weight you increase so around 4Lbs/2kg so you get down again on 8 reps and keep going to 12 reps, than increase again... and repeat that.
