My Diet (bulking been doing this for 3 months worked wonders)
breakfast : 6 whole eggs 4 peaces of wholeweat toast, 1 can of creamed rice
2nd meal: nuts,rasiens, 6 pac of yogurts medofresh.
lunch :4 turky samys, apple , few bananas
after school: can of bake beans maby 2 if im really hungry and somtimes get a charcoal chicken on the way home
pre workout : bake beans somtimes loaf of bread if im hungry or a whole pizza
after workout : on the way home 2 litres of choc milk and can of creamed rice
dinner: usually some sorta meat
night: couple of bananas , milk somtimes nothing

careful with pizza mate.I went for around 3 months eating a microwaveable burger for lunch sometimes 2 and eventually started putting on a lot of fat.
