measuring arms
i know that on your bodyspace you are supposed to put an unflexed measurement of your arm but who actually does this?
i mean i always thought you measured your arms cold but flexed...
and when someone asks how big your arm is surely your gonna tell them the flexed measurement and not the unflexed one...so wtf?
