Is it safe for someone who's 19? I've researched it, and it seems to be safe and very effective.

Most people don't like it at all, even as a standalone. I've found Animal M-Stak by Universal nutrition to be the best. Ecdypure I heard is also great.

I'm not suggesting any ecdysterone use, I don't know all the nitty gritty stuff about it much, but I've experienced good gains from it cocktailed in M-Stack.

Not sure how effective it is as a standalone, probably will have to be dosed fairly high, not sure what its half-life is either.

People need to understand that ONLY an extract derived from Rhaponticum Carthamoides produces an anabolic effect. Unfortunately, there is a serious lack of quality Ecdysterone products on the market.

Good product. Joel only uses quality ingredients, I wish he had some of his stuff over here.
