If anyone is going to Vegas for the Mr. O we can hook up to train. We did it last year with a few people.

Well, my and GP's workout went very well. We worked on chesticles. I decided to warm up with pullups and GP corrected my form: to make it a not-entirely vertical pull but to arch the back and pull to the nipples. Faaaahbulous correction. Then we did 3 bench movements and then caught some rays in the parking lot of the gym while discussing... life.
I think it's very worth it to workout with other members. Make sure to take pics!

This makes me want to catch a workout with another member. Maybe when I am traveling back and forth to DC over the next couple of months I can hit Bambi up for a gym session.
I work out with Steph0823 allot not as much as I would like but we do when we can.
