Eat meats, chicken, steak, and tuna etc.
They are anabolic foods.
at 16 your tests levels are rev'd and rocking, so just eat to grow and stay anabolic and your cool. Google anabolic vs catabolic and just make sure you stay anabolic!
Do NOT take test boosters. Beverly or universal Liver pills with meals would also be cool.
Just stay away from any test pills as it will **** up your test production period.Blog:

let me refine this to meet even higher standards: eating filets cooked mid-rare while doing heavy squats, bench, deadlifts, and powercleans.....big lifts.
at 16 your levels are sky high. just continue training hard and eating healthy and you will be just fine. set some obtainable goals to help you along the way.Thermolife International | Driven by Excellence | When Quality Meets Innovation

Russell Wilson, the first QB in NFL history to throw a game-winning interception.

If you want to gain a sick amount of un-real weight, go buy an average size jug of peanut butter, and a gallon of skim milk. One day, go to the gym and do 20 rep 135lb squats until you literally puke and cant walk. That same day, drink a gallon of milk and eat that entire tub of peanut butter.
Do that once every other week, or once a week.

That will put pounds on yes. That kinda stuff alone took me from 185- almost 220 in about 5 months naturally. Make sure to stay on top of your cardio, morning 60 min walks, 30 mins of cardio post lifting with HR under 120-130. Sip some bcaa's after lifting when donig cardio.
See you at Anabolic-Authority.
