Simple Homemade Protein Bars...
I got bored today and thought I would take some ingredients I had laying around to create my first homemade protein bars. I like to think of them as MRB (Meal-Replacement-Bar). I used the best tasking protein powder (IMHO), but you could use something else.
Recipe for EASY Muscle Milk Protein Bars
Please, give me some feedback.

Hey that looks good!
Do you have pictures as to what they look like when they are done? Also, I would recommend not putting it in the fridge right after taking it out from the oven.

Why not? I am not really cooking them at 200 degrees, just drying them out.
I will take a picture of the bars.

That is correct. I cut into 12ths, but then stack 2 together (or 1/6).

It will be fine. 200 degrees not very hot at all. Protein is pretty tough stuff anyway.

they look good, i actually just made some myself a few days ago. I used chocolate whey, a mixture of nuts, oats, wheat germ, PB, and a banana...they turned out more like fluffy muffins instead of bars, but loaded with good stuff none the less

Yep, and a pretty dang good chef too. Made some last night with some chocolate muscle milk I had on hand, reminded me of some no bake cookies MoM used to make. Pretty good tasting, although a bit of aftertaste from the protein powder. But, all in all, very good and now when I crave a chocolate treat, I don't have to feel so bad.
Thanks for sharing your recipe Chris.
