Hello, I just ate 5 Skinless plain Chicken Thighs and i skinless plain drumstick. I completely grilled. I was wondering.......How many calories total, and secondly how much really more is chicken breast really healthier? Please no bashing both questions.

100g of white meat is about 150 cals while 100g of dark meat is about 200 cals. Not much of a difference man. You probably had about 500 cals from the chicken thighs...and I dunno about the drumstick, probably not that much more seeing as how it's so small.
Don't worry about it, if anything the thigh/drumstick is better in my book cause it's tastier and has more calories.

the breast is no healthier than the thigh or leg. The dark meat is actually more nutrient dense. If you are worried about fat (don't know why you wold be), then eat the breast. I personally love a nice grilled chicken thigh or 3 with the skin all flame kissed and crispy....oh...and charcoal FTWwww.undergroundwellness.com
