...what am I missing? One of my co-workers the other day made lunch and of course desert (which I respectfully declined of course!) However, I took a peak at the nutrition label of the whipped cream she had (reddi-whip regular out of the can) and this is what I saw...
I had a squirt or two and it did a great job of satisfying my keto sweets craving. What the hell am I missing? Is this too good to be true? This stuff could be my diet desert savior lol!

Yup not too good to be true, just dont over do it (very easy to do)....Land of Lakes makes some with 0 carbs (not as much flavor though)...I like getting some Lindt 85% chocolate and squirting some on it
I'd count <1 carbs as .5 carbs, so if theres 66 servings then I'd say about 33 carbs in the whole thingGoal: Get a 6 Pack or Die Trying ... And thats not really all that out of the range of possibilities!

Go to your local supermarket and this is what you do:
Step 1: buy a tub of the generic brand cool whip for like $1.50
Step 2: Put that tub in the freezer
Step 3: Wait an hour or two
Step 4: Scoop out 2 tbsp and eat after dinner.
Each 2tbsp serving has 2g carbs 2g fat 0g protein, and it tastes amazing frozen. I've gone through a whole tub in around 2 weeks, only reason it took me so long is because I'm fairly disciplined and kept myself from eating the whole damn thing the first night =DThere's never enough time to do all the nothing you want.

This. I have a Magic Bullet - just a small thing of heavy whipping cream and half a pack of sugar free chocolate pudding mix fo r 20 seconds and you've got a delicious keo treat for a week. Just be sure to eat it before it goes bad. Last batch I kept too long and a bite tasted like mushrooms - it was VERY off-putting lol!
Lucky me swimming in my ability; dancing down on life with agility!
