Comparing the different programs

I see all the different threads about the different ebook and programs. I am looking to start a program that helps me set up my numbers for what I should be eating and then gives me a template and ideas for what those foods should be.

I just keeping getting busier and busier with work and school and would do well on a program that lays everything out there for me.

What are some of the programs that I should look at and what was your experience with them.

Well, I have no idea what your goals and/or preferences are in terms of what type of diet you want... but I have been following the Scivation Cut Diet and have had a great experience. I like it because it requires almost no planning, so it's perfect when I'm really busy and/or don't mind eating a lot of the same things. If you're looking for something less restrictive, I've heard a lot of good things about Scivation's Lifestyle Cut Diet and they also have programs for putting on lean mass (which is likely what you're looking for?)

There is no calorie counting, but menu plans are laid out in terms of servings, and lists of equivalent foods.
