    Help! Lost Strength!

    Long story short.

I lost alot of strength. I'm 30 yrs old now, I've been some what consistent at the gym and I've been going on and off the creatine cycles. However, I noticed that I'm just getting plain weaker compared to how I was when I was 27-28 yrs old.

For example, I could bench 2 plates and a qtr for about 6-7 reps back in my hay days. These days I'm finding it hard to even bench a plate and qtr for 12-15 reps and even harder benching 2 plates.

I noticed that I've been going through cycles in terms of strength meaning I work out, get back to somewhat normal levels and then I lose strength. Is this normal?

I'm trying to find a program where I can consistently maintain a good level of strength.

    This is really depressing.

    Question about the 5x5

    Ok,
so I started on week 1 on the 5x5. It seem rather easy so I've been cheating abit on the first week adding a rep or 2 here and there.

My question is what should I be doing on Tuesdays, Thursdays and the odd Saturday and Sundays for this program?
