My good friends..
Call me lazy but with all my school work I don't want to look through and search for an answer. I have prime which I will be dosing for 5 on and 2 off as the bottle states.
Currently I'm running Anabolic edge which contains trans res which in theory is at least heightening my test. Would it be ok to take prime right after this?
I do recall prime is not a test booster, so this certain extract of tribulus does not increase total or free test and I can sleep easy knowing prime isn't altering test?

is prime "safe" for a 19 year old to use? also, what other products (besides AP which i also want to try) or types of products would be really good to use with it.
edit: i also saw the question bout the carb load diets (mainly Anabolic diet) with only 30g carbs/day during the week..do you think on these diets you could do 60g carbs/day post workout and use the AP with that and it would still give you the benefits of AP and the diet?Last edited by Jared.P; 09-23-2008 at 08:11 PM.

my bulking diet:
Meal 1: 45g carbohydrates, 45g protein, 20g fat
(.5 ounce of oats, 3 whole eggs, 3 cups of skim milk)
Meal 2 (pre-pre-workout): 60g carbohydrates, 45g protein, 10g fat
(3 slices of whole wheat bread, 2 ounces of ground beef, 2 cups of skim milk, 3 egg whites)
Meal 3 (pre-workout): 75g carbohydrates, 45g protein
(1 scoop of protein powder, 1 cup of skim milk, 3 ounces of oats)
Meal 4 (post-workout): 75g carbohydrates, 45g protein
(1 scoop of protein powder, 1 cup of skim milk, 3 ounces of oats)
Meal 5 (post-post-workout): 60g carbohydrates, 45g protein, 10g fat

I have a question about Anabolic Pump and water retention. Friday of next week, I weigh-in for a fight on Saturday. It looks like I'm going to be cutting about 15 lbs to make my weight. Will taking AP through the week make this more difficult by causing excess water retention? Would it even be beneficial to take it throughout the week?
Here's about what I will be doing:
Low-carb throughout the week
Mon-: 2.5-3gallons of water, excess sodium
Tues- 1.5-2gallons of water, excess sodium
Wed- 1 gallon water, normal sodium
Thur- 0.5gallon water, no sodium
Fri - nothing more than a few sips of water as needed and a balance bar while I cut weight.
Post-weigh-in it's a lot of oatmeal, pedialyte, and water, so I was thinking that it would be most beneficial to just cut it out through the week and than take it after weigh-ins to help rehydrate and process the many carbs I will be taking in afterward.
Is my thinking sound, or am I crazy? Thanks.

Ok so I just finished my first bottle of Anabolic Pumped and absolutely love it. I am in the fall season for baseball so we have a maintenance-style lifting program until we are done practicing outside, so basically all I've been doing is playing/practicing and very light lifting and I still noticed gains and fat loss. I'm going to start my second bottle as soon as we get into the heavy lifting routine in about a week and I'd like to add a creatine product to AP. Any suggestions?

Hey!
I just received 2 bottles of PRIME yesterday.
I have been using Jack3d and I love it so I decided to stack it w/ PRIME and some whey protein.
I have only one question that has been vaguely answered all over the boards. Should I still take 6 pills a day on a non training day? I am an athlete, I lift 3 times a week for sure, maybe 4. But I am active almost everyday. So it is ok/suggested to still take 6 caps per day even if I got nothing to do for the day?
Let me know, I just want an optimal results and could not find answer anywhere so wanted to ask this. I just want a direct answer, not a vague one.
