Ok Iv Been Working out for about a year i se iv made some progress but not what i wanted i'll give some progeees ex bench was 80 now 160 max
max curl was maby 40 max now is up to 85-90
reson why im wondering it does not fell like im makeing progress at all
iv worked out with alot of friends started at same time but they all end up geting stronger than man but keep in mind for about 4 years i did nothing just played video games dont spam me for typing and ever thing just adv or tell me how to better my self here are pics of me 1s of me from a year ago ones from like a week ago

hummm i dont realy keep the time i just turn on the music and try to finsh without stoping just started realy runing
cheats work out are as goes sry if i dont remember all
dumbell press 3 sets of 6 wih 55
dumbell incline with 45s same sets
dumbell decline with 50s-55s some times
and trcip kick backs with like 15s 3 sets of 10
thats chest
legs i
legg press ass much as i can with set of 8 dont remember the amout
calf raise with 180 set3 of 10 times
seated calf with 135-150 20 times 2 sets then i run for about 10 mins speed 6.5 i have some more but i dont remember there names atm

Ok, I am going to make a few suggestions...
Find a premade routine. Search around this site, there are many. Alot of the guys on here can refer you to some good ones.
In terms of cardio, I would recommend stepping up the intensity. A light jog will not burn as much fat as a hard run (judging by your original post, I assume your primary goal is to lose fat while getting stronger). HIIT imo is the best way to go. Burns fat and preserves muscle. 3x a week for 15-20 min. is all and maybe a hard run thrown in on a free day.
