A new supp i stumbled upon. Supposedly it's used among a lot of MMA fighters for muscle gain and fat loss. Any good or negative opinions on this?

700% more muscle in 7 weeks? Good luck... CLA is not going to do that to any normal person, I'm sorry.I remember being relevant.

Well you know what it's like, they do over-hype it, but i'm gonna try it anyway.

It's a CLA fat acid, the one which is most natural / in milk and beef or something such. So I guess that is the CLA fat acid one would like to take if supplementing it but afaik CLA wasn't that great on humans, may have been because it had other isomers to but anyway. Yes. You will experience a 700% increase in muscle! But alas, statistical significance != clinical significance. Too bad the pinheads who wrote the ad copy forgot to read the full text and hence left out that "although these effects were statistically significant, the clinical significance is most likely quite small.
