Ive been dogsing 1 pill wait 15min take at least 27g carbs, I feel like this stuff has made my stomach bigger

damn my bad, no 4 pills a day but one pill at a time, usually morning, lunch,dinner,bed time

I went one at a time 3 times a day with no results, then bumped it up to 2 pills one day before a high carb meal and boom! diarrhea everywhere. It was like having a stomach flu. I have not touched the bottle since... Bump to see OPs situation.

I've had quite the opposite effect. Although I take 2 pills 2x/day with 100-150 grams of carbs as well as other high carb meals in between and havn't put on fat. Almost done with my first bootle, will be purchasing again

yeah it seems that people's experiences are on both ends of the spectrum. To those who don't get gastric distress, they absolutely love the effects of glycobol. Then there are those who's stomachs simply can't handle glycobol.
I bought the trial version and noticed quite a food pump. I would dose about 15 mins prior to my 100g carb meals. Felt good, will purchase the full size bottle sometime in the future.

I didnt get the GI issues at all, I have a stomach of steel, it just seems like this stuff didnt lean me out but made my stomach bigger
