Learned a lesson today

Don't take diet supps an hour before you workout. Holy crap that was a draining workout. I took Basic Cuts, EC stack, and lean xtreme and had a waterfall of sweat pouring off my body after 3 lousy sets. I ended up downing 2 bottles of water just to stay hydrated and still had to cut short my workout by 3 sets due to exhaustion. My shirt and shorts were completely soaked through and I lost 2 pounds during that workout lol. Good for diet bad for lifting.

took ex stack and lean xtreme before when lifting light. The basic cuts came free so decided to give it a try. I am going from more bulk now to trying to lose another 30 lbs give or take. Luckily I did not do any cardio.
