Learned a lesson today
Don't take diet supps an hour before you workout. Holy crap that was a draining workout. I took Basic Cuts, EC stack, and lean xtreme and had a waterfall of sweat pouring off my body after 3 lousy sets. I ended up downing 2 bottles of water just to stay hydrated and still had to cut short my workout by 3 sets due to exhaustion. My shirt and shorts were completely soaked through and I lost 2 pounds during that workout lol. Good for diet bad for lifting.
