    Proper Diet/Weight Loss Guidance

    Info: 220lbs, 27% BF, 6'0ft.

    Can anyone help me in creating a proper diet and cardio/lifting routine to successfully lose weight. My goal is around 2.5lbs a week, losing bodyfat, but also keeping muscle with a proper diet/routine. PM's are welcome. Thanks
