BF%...probably around 18-20%
I am guessing I should be around 1600 calories? Can anyone break that down for me as far as grams of f/p/c for me?

I havent started yet but from reading around 15-20 g carbs, 135ish gram of protein.. maybe less, rest fat... its 4 cals per carb and protein gram, and 10 for fat if i am right
