pre-workout nutrition while taking White Flood..?

I just got my WF in the mail Friday and did my first session that day with 1 scoop and had an awesome workout. Not too much extra energy, but amazing endurance and a decent pump.

Yesterday and today I did sessions 2 and 3 and noticed my performance was nothing like Friday's. I took 1.5 scoops both days, waited about 20-30 mins, yet I seemed to struggle on mostly everything still. I even ate a pre-workout snack (half a banana and half a peanut butter sandwhich.) Energry, focus, endurance, all lacked but I got an OK pump. Now, the bottle says drink at least a gallon of water per day (128 oz) but I only drank about 70 oz today. Could this really affect my performance that much?? Also, I ate lunch about 4 hrs before working out (chicken, rice, broccoli) but I think that's way too far from my workout session, causing a lackluster performance on the weights.

I really want to get the awesome effect of WF that I had Friday and that I see everyone talking about on here, so any insight/tips on pre-workout nutrition to get the best performance from the product would be very helpful and appreciated. thanks guys.

70 oz water I think might not be enough for people that are active and work out thats like 8-9 cups water , Plus your taking a stimulant which has some caffeine a diuretic which makes you lose even more water, Plus your sweating and losing more water working out. muscles function better when they are well hydrated.... Muscles are at least 72% water.

Hydration plays a much bigger role than some people think. Try to drink enough water so that your urine is constantly clear throughout the day and you'll be good.
    HOLD UP BRO
