Just wanted to let everyone know that I have been sticking with my diet and my workouts. I will not be weighing in weekly instead I will track my weight bi-weekly. I think I will see bigger results this way and by seeing bigger drops in weight it will keep me motivated.
I have been working on my diet trying to change it up as I go along for best results. Let me know how it looks so far.
Meal 1: 2 Cups of Cheerios and 1 Cup of 2% Milk
Meal 2: 6 oz of Chicken
Meal 3: 1 Romaine Lettuce & 6oz Chicken
Meal 4: Whey Protein Shake
Meal 5: 12oz Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Green Veggie Steamed
Meal 6: Whey Shake & 1/2 Cup of Cottage Cheese w. Fruit

Diet looks good, I would just replace cheerios for some oats, im not a big fan of cereal. Also, you might want to get a little more protein for meal #1. Whats your macro break down? Im curious. All other meals are great, IMO. Add some olive oil, almonds, avocados, natural peanut butter for some healthy fats, and youll be golden.
What does your training look like?
Ill be following this log. Have a great day, Chris.

you should try some of the Kashi Cereals and opt for fat free milk. Also fruit that late might not be such a good idea try to throw that in your 2nd or 4th meal Good luck buddy!

You are going to get tired of Chicken eventually, replace one of the chicken meals or 2 of them with something like lean beef/tuna/turkey.
I know you arent doing a low carb diet, but replace meal #1 with something like eggs/bacon/sausage and you'll be on one.
Also its good that you acknowledge checking the scale every so often can be bad, checking every 2 weeks is perfect IMO. Good luck.

Macronutrition (Protein, Carbs and Fats). I just thought you knew, I was just curious...
Make sure you intake healthy fats, otherwise it can cause your blood sugar levels to fluctuate. It also helps keep test levels high.
Do you eat the same thing every day?

It isn't a diet.
Take it one day at a time. Don't look at it as 130 days...look at it as only one day you have to handle.

I am sending you a PM too. I will tell you, the past 4 years I have struggled with dieting, I have been from 380-420 up..down up...down, it sucks, what sucks even more is I know it is my fault I havent gotten anywhere and I have a little boy who needs me around. It isnt easy, teh first 4 days are tuff, I dunno why, they just are, take it one day at a tiem, dont think about yesterday, or tomorrow, just diet one day at a time. Hit me up if you need any support or questions. I got your back bro!

If its been less than a week your dieting, than it is completly normal that you find it difficult, because you reduced your carb intake, which is a complete shock to your body. That is why I said, and Ill say it again, you HAVE to make sure you are eating your fats. Trust me youll feel much better, you wont have as many cravings and feel fuller. Add some natty PB, almonds, olive oil, etc... Try this and report back. Have a good one.

x2
Dont think of it as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle change. The first steps are the hardest but once you get the ball rolling and get used to it, it gets easy and the weight just rolls right off.

I hate dieting myself but your dedication is inspiring. Keep it up! I like to think of hunger and eating compulsions as a Veitcong interrogator. Both use pain and psychological warfare to get you to do their bidding. Will you give in?
