morning 9 A.M. run for 30 minutes
breakfest 9:30 A.M. 1 bowl of cream o wheats 100 calories, and cup of skim milk
12:00 P.M. tuna with 2 peices of toasted wheat bread, and a glass of water
3:00 P.M. small salad
6:00 P.M. small skinless chicken breast cooked on george forman grill, water or diet coke, small salad if hungry still
tell me what ya think please cause trying to lose weight for summer. give me any opinions please. thank you

Thats terrible, u will loose weight but alot of it will be muscle.
First never do cardio first thing in the morning without having a meal. !
U need more protein and fat at breakfast try adding 4 egg whites and 1 yolk with a tablespoon of natural PB
Have a protein shake with skim milk in between breakfast and luch
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to your salad
No Coke and have a big chicken breast with veggiesWHAT do you call a Bodybuilder with big balls ?
